A photo book by Otter LaRouche

One way to the Podium is 150 pages filled with 160 images perfectly captured using various types of 35mm and 120 format film.  A hardcover landscape photo book documenting the 2021 flat track racing season.

Otter LaRouche set out on his own, traveling from one racetrack to the next over a six month period.

What makes this photo book so special is, it happened to fall on the 50 year anniversary of

"On any Sunday" which inspired

Otter LaRouche to record "the now", 50 years later... "the life" of those committed to the sport. The collection of images is work of art, life and most of all the love of two wheel racing.

Hardcover 8.5 x 11

One Way to the Podium. This book is about the life – and perhaps the impending death – of American flat track racing. It is, first and foremost, a love letter to the people – the average Joes and Janes who sacrifice so much time and money and blood and sweat and tears – to keep this incredible sport alive.

The ones who aren't chasing fame or fortune.

The ones who do it for the love of just fucking doing it.
